Human Resources management and its important function Learning and Development (L&D) have great impact on the performance of the employees and the management-employee relationship. There is a good pool of Corporate Trainers in various subject areas who are also members of PMA.
This centre connects the trainers with HR or L&D so as to create a synergy of the two.
