Civic administration and management affects the individuals and society at large. It is essential for the management bodies like PMA to engage in initiatives by which the civic affairs are understood by the citizens. The ambit of the work extends from local self government to central government.

This centre bridges the gap between the citizens and civic administration and also helps the government bodies in the management issues.
